These Terms govern the use of the website and services provided by JC Tattoo Studio.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Age and Identification Requirements

Tattoos: All clients must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for every tattoo procedure. No exceptions.

Piercings: Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to provide signed consent, along with both the client's and guardian's valid ID.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must fully disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities (including to metals, latex, or pigments) prior to any procedure. The studio reserves the right to refuse service if safety concerns are identified.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom artwork, flash designs, and website content are the intellectual property of JC Tattoo Studio and its artists. Client designs are for the client's sole use but remain the property of the artist.

5. Limitation of Liability

The client assumes responsibility for the healing process. JC Tattoo Studio is not liable for complications arising from failure to follow provided aftercare instructions or non-disclosure of medical conditions.
